Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Phairo. If something isn't working right, contact us first at support@phairo.in — we'll do everything we can to fix it before a refund is needed.

Our Refund Philosophy

Phairo offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. This means you can use the full product before paying a single rupee. Because of this, we operate a limited refund policy for paid subscriptions — but we are always reasonable and will consider genuine cases individually.

Refund Scenarios

Platform was down for extended periods
Eligible for Refund / Credit

If Phairo experienced downtime exceeding 8 hours in a single day or cumulative downtime exceeding 24 hours in a billing month, you are eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected days. Contact us with the dates affected.

Charged twice / duplicate payment
Full Refund

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 5 business days.

Cancelled within 48 hours of first paid charge
Full Refund

If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment (after the free trial), we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Annual plan cancelled within 7 days
Full Refund

If you purchased the annual plan and cancel within 7 days of payment, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation mid-month (monthly plan)
Not Eligible

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Annual plan cancelled after 7 days
Prorated Credit

If you cancel an annual plan after 7 days, we will issue a prorated credit for remaining unused months (minimum 1 full month remaining). Credits can be used against future Phairo subscriptions. Cash refunds are not available in this case.

"I don't use it anymore" / "Changed my mind"
Not Eligible

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or non-use after the free trial and initial refund window. We encourage you to use the 30-day free trial fully before subscribing.

Feature I expected is not available
Case-by-Case

If a feature was explicitly promised and is not available, contact us. We will either deliver the feature within a reasonable timeframe or provide a refund. We do not offer refunds for features on our roadmap that haven't been built yet.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@phairo.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

GST on Refunds

GST charged on the original subscription will be refunded along with the base amount where applicable, in accordance with GST rules.

Free Trial Policy

The 30-day free trial is completely free — no credit card, no payment details required. You will never be automatically charged at the end of a trial. Upgrading to a paid plan is always a deliberate action you take.

Disputes via Razorpay / Bank

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or Razorpay. Chargebacks have significant costs and processing time for small businesses. We will always make things right — just reach out to us first.
